The classes were okay and I definitely got a workout in, so I can’t say it was bad. But it didn’t really match what they made it sound like. I expected more personal attention and coaching, but a lot of the time it felt rushed and like you were just trying to keep up. The coaches are nice and know what they’re doing, but I didn’t get much individual feedback, which was kind of disappointing.

Had a bit of an issue with my order at first, which was a little annoying, but they did get it fixed quickly. Took a tiny bit of back and forth, but yeah, all good in the end and I’m happy enough with how it turned out

I picked up some gear from The Fight Factory, it’s okay for what I paid!! The stitching seems solid enough, but after a few uses, one part did start to feel a little cheap. It’s not bad at all, I just thought the quality would be a bit better overall.

I ordered some gear to New Zealand back in, I think, late March or maybe early April, and the shipping ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated for days at a time, so I really had no idea where the package was. When it finally showed up, the product itself was fine, but the whole delivery process was frustrating. Not sure I’d order internationally again.

I wasn’t super happy with it overall, haha. The site was easy enough to use, but everything felt a little messy and slower than I expected. I might give it another try at some point, but I’m definitely not in a rush.

I ended up needing a different size and was kind of expecting the usual back-and-forth, but it was surprisingly painless. They got back to me quickly and had the replacement sent out without making me jump through hoops.

I picked up a couple of things from The Fight Factory during their sale, the discount felt legit. I’ve seen plenty of stores slap on a “sale” tag where the price barely changes, but this actually seemed like a proper deal.

I did compare prices with a few other places before ordering, and The Fight Factory came out better for what I wanted. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it wasn’t bad enough to be a problem.

The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that some of the sale sizes were already sold out by the time I looked, which was a little frustrating. Still, compared to what I would’ve paid elsewhere, I’m happy with the order.

I was feeling mentally drained when I hopped on the site, so I really appreciated how simple it was to use. I found the gear I needed without having to dig around forever, and checkout went smoothly with no weird issues. The pages loaded fine on my phone too, which was a nice plus.

The order did show up in the end, just later than I expected, which was a little frustrating. The tracking was mostly okay though, like I could sort of tell where things were, so at least I wasn’t completely in the dark. Not the worst experience, just not super smooth either.

I stopped by the store and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, easy to talk to, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and trustworthy. Overall, I left happy with the service.

It showed up nicely packed, and there wasn’t any damage or weird messy tape situation. Happy with it overall, so that was nice.

I reached out and got a reply way quicker than I expected. i blame whoever runs this for actually keeping things moving.

They had what I needed in stock, which felt like a big relief. Not much else to say, but I left feeling good about it...

I returned my order and the whole thing took way too long. I ended up having to chase my refund twice, and each time it felt like I was stuck waiting in a queue forever just to get a simple update. Really frustrating experience.

I ordered my usual size because that’s what I always do, even though I probably should’ve checked the size chart while I was sitting there with my coffee. It fits, but it’s definitely a bit on the small side, so I’d consider sizing up if you’re between sizes.

I was surprised by how fast it got here. I kept checking the tracking like I needed to, but that was unnecessary because it arrived much quicker than expected

I found a few things I liked and they do have a decent mix of fight gear and clothing, but the selection felt kind of hit or miss. A few sizes and brands I wanted weren’t available, so I ended up having to compromise a bit. Also, the reminders after browsing were way too aggressive for me — like, I get it, I looked at something. Overall it’s okay, but I’d like to see more options and fewer pushy follow-ups.

Well... this feels like legit gear. Nothing about it gives off that fake vibe, and I’m happy with it.

It held up alright for a bit, but the seams started wearing out quick. Not terrible, but yeah, durability is just kinda meh.

Am I the only one who thinks click and collect is convenient but still kind of slow sometimes? My order was ready, which was good, but the pickup took a bit longer than I expected
